USPS Priority Mail: FREE (1-3 business days)
Please allow 1 day for processing. Orders will be shipped same/next day unless stated otherwise.
A tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages scanned as delivered.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number.
International shipping: $25 (6-10 business days)
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays.
All International orders are Final Sale.
International Taxes & Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package using a custom form. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Please Note, in certain occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. A USPS tracking number will be provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
AMBER ROSE gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with all original tags and wrappings for a refund within 15 days of purchase date.
Keep in mind that at this time we DO NOT cover RETURN shipping costs. Each return is handled on a case by case basis in order to ensure the satisfaction of our customer to the best of our ability.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges at this time. If you are hoping to make an "exchange", you must return your item & PLACE A NEW ORDER for the new size/style.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing either your refund receipt, or store credit.
